Dozer Days
The Friday before Dozer Day weekend, Dozer Days hosts a career fair designed for high school students in construction programs across Southwest Washington. This event provides an invaluable opportunity for students to network with local employers, gain hands-on experience with heavy equipment, and build meaningful connections. In 2024, the event saw the participation of 950 students and 40 employers, making it a truly impactful experience for all involved.

Youth Contractor’s Forum
Hosted by Southwest Washington Contractors Association (SWCA), the Young Contractors Forum is an event to educate and encourage High School students to pursue careers in the trades and will help them discover the pathways to their future careers in construction.

Grade 13 Event
The 2023 Grade 13 event brought the top construction students from SW Washington High Schools together with the top 25 employers in Clark County. The results were 175+ interviews, all 30 students received job offers, and 26 students accepted jobs with an average wage of $23/hour.
